Delivery Radius
We currently deliver within select areas to ensure freshness and quality. Our delivery area includes London, Surrey, and Sussex. A delivery charge of 45p per mile is applied from our location at RH13 0RL.
Order Cutoff for Next-Day Delivery
Order Deadline: Place your order before 1 p.m. for next-day delivery.
Advanced Orders: For large or custom orders, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Specific Delivery Date & Time Slots
All orders require a specified delivery date, not an estimated window. When placing your order, please select an exact date to ensure timely delivery. We do not offer a 1-4 day delivery window; your order will be delivered on the chosen date, provided the order meets the cutoff requirements.
For added convenience, deliveries are available in 2-hour slots from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.. Please choose your preferred time slot during checkout.

How do I keep the platters fresh after delivery?
Our platters are designed to stay fresh until served, but we recommend keeping them refrigerated if they won’t be consumed right away. For the best taste and quality, we advise serving the platters within a few hours of delivery.
